Bob Clampett's Time For Beany
This puppet show, which premiered in 1949, introduced the Beany and Cecil characters to the world. Created by former Warner Brothers animator Bob Clampett, the series included the talents of Stan Freberg and Daws Butler, a teaming which later gave us many great comedy records.
